I am a Dr. Sears Certified Health Coach who focuses on helping busy women find time to put themselves on the schedule again. I’ve been a health and fitness coach for 3.5 years and have found that the biggest need for my clients is help with embracing a mindset to change.  Once you get your mindset under control, the rest is easy!
