The #1 excuse I hear from people regarding their fitness is…….

“I don’t have time.”

The excuse of time can be can really easy way to justify why exercise doesn’t happen.

However, I would submit it’s NOT a lack of time.   It’s a lack of prioritization.

Exercise can be done in as little as 5 min spurts throughout the day. It’s putting it on the schedule and making it a non-negotiable that people struggle with.
