The Miracle Morning Challenge | Day 14

Day 14

Up at 4:50. It’s my first day of school, and I can’t wait to meet the students! After a month of waiting, it’s nice to FINALLY be getting in the the school (security clearance process takes awhile).

I’ve started using an app called Google Keep to walk me through my Miracle Morning. It creates what look a bit like sticky notes. It’s similar to Evernote, but a little more pared down but more colorful, which I like. I have three notes directed at my Miracle Morning. I have the Miracle Equation (Unwavering Faith + Extraordinary Effort = Miracles (UF + EE= M) with the Miracle Mantra: I will ________ no matter what. There is no other option. My next note contains my affirmations. And, the third contains characteristics of my Avatar—or the type of person I am looking to attract in my business.

Today’s takeaways from my reading (The One Thing):

“Time on a task, over time eventually beats talent every time.”

“Highly successful people are clear about their role in the events of their life. They don’t fear reality. They seek it, acknowledge it, and own it.”

“The single most important difference between these amateurs and the three groups of elite performers is that the future elite performers seek out teachers and coaches and engage in supervised training, whereas the amateurs rarely engage in similar types of practice.”
